THREE PRINCIPALS
COACHING

 MIND         THOUGHT      CONSCIOUSNESS
During my time as a practitioner I noticed that people were held back by repetitive thoughts and beliefs. Despite peoples' best intentions and hard work they would often slip back between sessions to old patterns of unhappiness and stress. This I could see impacted on potentially every part of their life. Despite people trying to make changes in the world around them their inner well-being would often remain elusive.

In my journey to find the answer of how to help myself and my clients I came across a rapidly growing group of practitioners sharing something called the Three Principles. This understanding was first shared by a gentleman called Sydney Banks. Although he is no longer with us the teachings he inspired continue to grow and are being used across the world by psychologists and coaches with great success.

The reason I chose this style of training was because it at last gave me a set of logical principles that define how we interact with the world. Once you understand the workings of your mind you get to be the best version of yourself without effort. I liken it to knowing how the engine of your car works. If you respect its abilities and keep it well maintained you get the best performance.

As a coach I help you to understand the relationship between your thoughts and your feelings. As a result you can gain freedom from repetitive thought patters including past experiences. People who have been coached in the Three Principles understanding have gone on to experience a quieter mind, elevated mood, happier relationships, greater resilience and reduced levels of stress.
